As Director of Operations at High Street Hospitality Group and Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers, Patrick Lemon brings a thoughtful, guest-centric approach to hospitality leadership, backed by a deep appreciation for fine dining and a commitment to team development. Patrick’s career started at Spruce in San Francisco as a busser. What began as a job to get his foot in the door quickly turned into a passion as he rose through the ranks—from food runner to captain, and eventually into management. A brief stint as a sommelier at Spruce’s sister restaurant, The Village Pub, broadened his perspective before he returned to Spruce to serve as general manager in 2022. When Patrick began considering a return to the East Coast, he connected with Ellen Yin and joined the High Street Hospitality Group team.
Because Patrick benefited from incredible guidance throughout his own career, he is now passionate about mentoring others to develop the next generation of hospitality professionals and showing them that a career in this industry can be rewarding. As a resident of Philadelphia, Patrick spends his time outside of work cycling around the city, exploring new restaurants, and rooting for Philly sports teams.
