Kyle Wood, Head Baker, joined High Street Bakery from Birmingham, Alabama where he trained as a bread baker at Continental Bakery & Chez Lulu. After serving as High Street Production Manager for the past two years, Kyle worked under Delilah Pergola to fine tune his knowledge of Philadelphia’s local grain scene, natural long sourdough fermentation and bread production. He now oversees all High Street’s bread production for the group’s restaurants, farmers market locations and for High Street bakery retail operations.
