Allison Venturini is a dedicated and experienced restaurant professional with over a decade in the industry, including more than three years in management roles. Her previous role as Front of House Manager and Bartender at Marathon Grill Restaurants saw her leading the front-of-house team, creating seasonal bar menus, managing profit and loss statements, and overseeing hiring and operations at two locations. At Cafe Classico in Scranton, PA, Allison excelled in inventory control, customer service, employee relations, training, staff supervision, and scheduling. Her strong foundation in finance from her tenure as a Financial Analyst at JP Morgan, where she handled financial data analysis, general ledger integrity, and monthly reporting, complements her restaurant management expertise, making her a versatile and insightful leader in the hospitality industry. Allison now serves as our Finance Manager.
