About Kyle
Kyle Wood, Head Baker, joined High Street Bakery from Birmingham, Alabama, where he trained at Continental Bakery and Chez Lulu. After serving as High Street’s Production Manager for two years, he worked under Delilah Pergola to deepen his expertise in Philadelphia’s local grain scene, natural long sourdough fermentation, and artisan bread production. Today, Kyle oversees all bread production across the High Street group — from restaurants to farmers markets to retail bakery operations.
