Executive Chef, a.kitchen + a.bar Philadelphia & D.C.

Chef Eli Collins has been part of the High Street Hospitality Group family since 2017. His cooking is shaped by a creative path that began with studying art abroad and led him through kitchens along the East Coast before landing in New York City, where he trained under Daniel Boulud at Daniel and later served as Executive Chef at DBGB Kitchen.

At a.kitchen in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., Eli brings a refined yet approachable style rooted in seasonality, quality ingredients, and thoughtful execution. His work has earned recognition from local and national publications.
