Matt Mixon has served as General Manager at Fork Restaurant since 2022, bringing passion, precision, and a deeply ingrained love for hospitality to Philadelphia’s flagship dining experience.
A voracious reader of cookbooks and culinary books, Matt approaches restaurant operations with both curiosity and a commitment to excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Philadelphia’s vibrant food scene (especially on the hunt for the best bowl of noodles), indulges in karaoke adventures in Chinatown, and shares quiet moments with his cat Lucille.
Under Matt’s leadership, the Fork team is focused on upholding the restaurant’s legacy of seasonal, locally grounded cuisine, impeccable service, and community-driven hospitality — ensuring that each guest’s experience is as thoughtful as the food itself.
