Omy Bugazia is the Director of Brand & Experience at High Street Hospitality Group, bringing more than a decade of experience in restaurants, wine, cocktails, and hospitality. His career has taken him from Michelin-starred dining rooms in New York City to acclaimed independent restaurants across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.

As General Manager of Detroit’s Ladder 4 Wine Bar, Omy oversaw operations and a 750-plus bottle wine program during a period when the restaurant earned recognition from the Detroit Free Press, Bon Appétit, The New York Times, and the James Beard Foundation. He later served as General Manager and Wine Director of The Sergeantsville Inn, helping usher the historic property into its next chapter while overseeing its Old World-focused wine program.

At High Street, Omy brings his background in beverage, operations, and hospitality together with an obsession for the small details that give a restaurant its personality, creating experiences that feel thoughtful, distinctive, and genuinely welcoming.
